For installers, here are some technical details:

TRIKDIS communicators that are compatible with the PROTEGUS app can work with any alarm panel. These communicators seamlessly integrate with Paradox, DSC, Interlogix (Caddx), and Texecom panels by connecting to the panel's serial or data port. For other alarm panels, connection to the panel's landline communicator (TIP RING contacts) is required. Contact ID events are displayed in a user-friendly manner. Remote Arm/Disarm for such panels is performed through the keyswitch zone.
